Nicky Perfect (UK)
31 years as a Metropolitan police officer, 10 of those on the elite New Scotland Yard Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit. First female Director of UK Training of the NHCN Course, responsible for designing and training police officers across the UK and on international operations. Now with her own consultancy/training business, her mission is to help others improve their communication & negotiation skills and ultimately their relationships in life and work. She was awarded the British Empire Medal for âmeritorious service to the community during the pandemicâ. She is the author of âCrisis â true stories from my life as a hostage negotiatorâ book.
J. Paul Nadeau (Canada)
Canadaâs most recognized hostage negotiator, former police detective, and international peacekeeper, who spent 31+ years working with victims of crime and perpetrators and learning from top experts in abuse situations, murder investigations, hostage takings, terrorist attacks and human behaviour in general. Paul talked hostage takers into giving themselves up and murderers into admitting to their crimes, and because of his extensive training and his unique approach to connecting with people of all walks of life and under every circumstance, his life was saved by a terrorist during a terrorist attack in the Middle East. Author of âDammit, Just Ask!â, a book on negotiating in life and in business.
Kyle Vowinkel (USA)
Decorated FBI Agent, integral in resolving some of the FBIâs most perilous operations as both an Operator on the elite Hostage Rescue Team and later as a Negotiator in the Crisis Negotiation Unit. Successfully negotiated with kidnappers, pirates, and terrorists. Retired FBI senior executive after 24 years and now Principal of Elite Mindsets. He lectures at Cornell and presents at numerous events, from Google to his alma mater, West Point.
Phil Andrew (USA)
ĂŒber 30 Jahre Berufserfahrung als FBI Special Agent, Teamleiter fĂŒr Krisenverhandlungen, Ausbilder an der FBI Academy, ein Expert fĂŒr Krisenmanagement, Verhandlungswesen, Verhaltensanalyse und verdeckte Ermittlungen. Des Weiteren ist er der Direktor in der PAX Group, LLC, einer globalen Agentur fĂŒr Krisen- und Konfliktmanagement, Verhandlungsexperte im Schranner Negotiation Institute und Lehrbeauftragter fĂŒr Verhandlungswesen an drei UniversitĂ€ten.
Gary Noesner (USA)
ĂŒber 30 Jahre Berufserfahrung als FBI Special Agent, ĂŒber 23 Jahre FBI Verhandler fĂŒr Geiselnahmen, erster, ernannter Leiter der FBI Einheit fĂŒr Krisensituationen, Leiter der CIRG (Krisenintervention Abteilung), Mitgestalter der bis heute angewandten FBI Krisen Verhandlungsmethoden. Autor von Stalling for Time: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator, einem Buch mit RĂŒckblicken auf die eigene FBI Verhandlungslaufbahn.
Jan Mexo ĆehĂĄk
seit 15 Jahren auf dem Gebiet Verhandlunswesen und seit 20 Jahren der Verhaltensforschung tĂ€tig, Gestalter von MCM-Kommunikationsmodell und dem zusammenhĂ€ngenden Orientierungsschema fĂŒr Verhandlungsplanung, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungstrainer fĂŒr Negotico, Lehrbeauftragter an der WirtschaftsuniversitĂ€t Prag (VĆ E) und BegrĂŒnder der NegotiCON-Konferenz.
Simon Rycraft (USA)
Well-known enthusiast and expert in commercial negotiations, author of the best-selling book âNegotiation Hacksâ and host of the Vidcast show âExperts Uncutâ. A prior C-level operator, now a Partner at the professional services firm Tenzing where he oversees 3 of their practice groups (Negotiations, Procurement, and BPO advisory). He mentors start-ups through programs at Cambridge University (UK), Draper University (US), and the Wharton - University of Pennsylvania, where he holds his MBA from. He has a an MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Didier Schapiro
For over 25 years in sales and negotiation in multicultural environments (E, LA, Africa), worked as an Export Sales Manager, CSO and Country Director in B2B and B2C companies worldwide. Then created Hermes Consultants specialized in sales and negotiation trainings for non-sales people operating in 46 countries. Initiator of Sales Skills XXL, the first sales and negotiation flagship training program for Google EMEA, founder of The Sales Doctor helping SMEs resolve growth and client relationships related challenges, and mentor at Google for Startups Accelerator Europe, DEX Accelerator, and the UN World Food Program Accelerator.
Michal KonĆĄtackĂœ
Zurich-based Czech medical doctor, scientist, and university teacher with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry negotiations. He serves as the Managing Director of K Medical Consulting GmbH, offering consultancy in global biotechnology research and longevity; Chief Medical Officer for Sherpa Healthcare (UK) and HTG Medical (CZ); and acts as an advisor at Profimed (CZ). During the Czech Velvet Revolution in 1989, he was a volunteer bodyguard for Czech President VĂĄclav Havel. He is also the author of "The Predictive Value of Fortune Cookies.â

He was working for 6 years for the French Embassy in Prague, encouraging the French energy, aerospace and automotive industry in Central & Eastern Europe, and 8 years as Managing Director of the Czech branch of a top-rated relocation firm, handling complex relocation for VIPs, diplomats and expats. After these experiences in diplomacy, influence and management, he certified as a Professional Negotiator by the famous ADN Group. He has recently established Krizea, a negotiation and mediation agency dedicated to high stake negotiation and conflict resolution in corporate.
