Nicky Perfect (UK)
31 years as a Metropolitan police officer, 10 of those on the elite New Scotland Yard Hostage and Crisis Negotiation Unit. First female Director of UK Training of the NHCN Course, responsible for designing and training police officers across the UK and on international operations. Now with her own consultancy/training business, her mission is to help others improve their communication & negotiation skills and ultimately their relationships in life and work. She was awarded the British Empire Medal for “meritorious service to the community during the pandemic”. She is the author of “Crisis – true stories from my life as a hostage negotiator” book.
J. Paul Nadeau (Canada)
Canada’s most recognized hostage negotiator, former police detective, and international peacekeeper, who spent 31+ years working with victims of crime and perpetrators and learning from top experts in abuse situations, murder investigations, hostage takings, terrorist attacks and human behaviour in general. Paul talked hostage takers into giving themselves up and murderers into admitting to their crimes, and because of his extensive training and his unique approach to connecting with people of all walks of life and under every circumstance, his life was saved by a terrorist during a terrorist attack in the Middle East. Author of “Dammit, Just Ask!”, a book on negotiating in life and in business.
Kyle Vowinkel (USA)
Decorated FBI Agent, integral in resolving some of the FBI’s most perilous operations as both an Operator on the elite Hostage Rescue Team and later as a Negotiator in the Crisis Negotiation Unit. Successfully negotiated with kidnappers, pirates, and terrorists. Retired FBI senior executive after 24 years and now Principal of Elite Mindsets. He lectures at Cornell and presents at numerous events, from Google to his alma mater, West Point.
Phil Andrew (USA)
Více než 21 let zkušeností jako FBI Special Agent, kde na středozápadě USA i v zámoří získal expertízu v CNU, práci v utajení, protiterorismu, národní bezpečnosti. Učí Vyjednávání, Business Intelligence a Leadership na třech univerzitách, včetně na FBI Academy, kde pomáhá s designem metodiky výuky.
Gary Noesner (USA)
Přes 30 let zkušeností jako Special Agent FBI; 23 let krizový vyjednavač FBI. Stal se prvním ředitelem Krizové vyjednávací jednotky (CNU) FBI, spolutvůrce systémů krizového vyjednávání a BCSM pro bezpečnostní a záchranné složky, které se používají dodnes. Autor knihy: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator.
Jan Mexo Řehák
15 let se věnuje business a krizovému vyjednávání, 20 let behaviorálním vědám; je autorem MCM a Negotiation Canvas. Působí jako Master Trainer vyjednávání a komunikace pro Negotico, učí na VŠE, v minulosti také na UCL v Londýně; je myšlenkovým otcem NegotiCONu.
Simon Rycraft (USA)
Well-known enthusiast and expert in commercial negotiations, author of the best-selling book “Negotiation Hacks” and host of the Vidcast show “Experts Uncut”. A prior C-level operator, now a Partner at the professional services firm Tenzing where he oversees 3 of their practice groups (Negotiations, Procurement, and BPO advisory). He mentors start-ups through programs at Cambridge University (UK), Draper University (US), and the Wharton - University of Pennsylvania, where he holds his MBA from. He has a an MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Didier Schapiro
For over 25 years in sales and negotiation in multicultural environments (E, LA, Africa), worked as an Export Sales Manager, CSO and Country Director in B2B and B2C companies worldwide. Then created Hermes Consultants specialized in sales and negotiation trainings for non-sales people operating in 46 countries. Initiator of Sales Skills XXL, the first sales and negotiation flagship training program for Google EMEA, founder of The Sales Doctor helping SMEs resolve growth and client relationships related challenges, and mentor at Google for Startups Accelerator Europe, DEX Accelerator, and the UN World Food Program Accelerator.
Michal Konštacký
Zurich-based Czech medical doctor, scientist, and university teacher with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry negotiations. He serves as the Managing Director of K Medical Consulting GmbH, offering consultancy in global biotechnology research and longevity; Chief Medical Officer for Sherpa Healthcare (UK) and HTG Medical (CZ); and acts as an advisor at Profimed (CZ). During the Czech Velvet Revolution in 1989, he was a volunteer bodyguard for Czech President Václav Havel. He is also the author of "The Predictive Value of Fortune Cookies.”
Ewen Extier
He was working for 6 years for the French Embassy in Prague, encouraging the French energy, aerospace and automotive industry in Central & Eastern Europe, and 8 years as Managing Director of the Czech branch of a top-rated relocation firm, handling complex relocation for VIPs, diplomats and expats. After these experiences in diplomacy, influence and management, he certified as a Professional Negotiator by the famous ADN Group. He has recently established Krizea, a negotiation and mediation agency dedicated to high stake negotiation and conflict resolution in corporate.
Ivana Šedivá
Zkušená členka boardu v několika Top Most Admired Companies. Má 27 let zkušeností v mezinárodních korporacích. Mentorovala stovky firemních lídrů a zakladatelů startupů téměř po celém světě. Působí jako keynote řečník. Nyní své klienty učí umění lídršipu včetně vlivu a přesvědčování. Je autorkou metody 7P, strategického přístupu k ovlivňování pro lídry. Během mnoha let v nejvyšších pozicích firem byla klíčovou součástí mnoha vyjednávání a má rozsáhlé zkušenosti s ovlivňováním ve světě velkých firem.
Tomáš Burda
Přes 25 let v mezinárodnímu obchodu na korporátní úrovni (automotive, IT), expert vyjednávání a řešení krizových situací v rámci kompletního Supply Chain Managementu, trenér obchodního a krizového vyjednávání pro Negotico, prezident Československé Asociace Profesionálních Vyjednavačů.
Michelle Reese Andrew
Má více než 25 let právní zkušenosti v oblasti pracovního práva, je certifikovaným mediátorem a vede společnost PAX Law, LLC. Dříve byla trestním žalobcem, zástupkyní generálního právního zástupce společnosti Colgate-Palmolive, řídila agendu zaměstnaneckých i obecných soudních sporů, vedla školení v oblasti soutěžního práva a mezinárodní regulace. Podílela se na fungování organizace Colgate Global Ethics and Compliance Organization, kterou spoluvytvořila a zavedla pro celý podnik.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jana Plaňavová-Latanowicz, Ph.D.
Docentka evropského práva; přednáší na UCL (Londýn, UK), Varšavská univerzita (Varšava, Polsko), Karlova univerzita (Praha, ČR). Je autorkou a spoluautorkou řady publikací, vede kurzy pro právníky, státní úředníky a podnikatele. Byla jediným rozhodcem i předsedkyní rozhodčího senátu v řadě mezinárodních obchodních sporů.
Hana Šnáblová, BA, MSc
Human Experience Designer, navrhuje a vytváří služby a systémy pro maximální efektivitu a nejlepší možný prožitek všech zúčastněných. Současně se zabývá použitím této disciplíny ve vyjednávání. Studovala design na institutu Lorenzo de’ Medici ve Florencii, poté v Londýně. Přes 10 let učí Design a různé byznys moduly jako Managerial Decision Making na School of Management, UCL v Londýně a IT & Entrepreneurship na VŠE.
